By purchasing a movie ticket, the moviegoer accepts the house rules.

A copy of the house rules is available on the cinema premises, and a digital version can be found on the cinema's website.

It is strictly prohibited to record images or audio within the cinema premises. Violations may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

The cinema is not responsible for the content of advertisements, trailers, or films.

The cinema reserves the right to change the schedule. The current movie schedule is available on the cinema's website.

Services provided within the cinema premises are used at your own risk.

Reserved tickets that are not collected at least 30 minutes before the start of the screening will be canceled.

Reserved tickets can only be issued at the box office.

The cinema does not provide cash exchange services at the box office.

Complaints cannot be accepted after leaving the box office (e.g., if tickets were issued for the wrong time).

Discounted tickets can only be issued upon presenting a valid document proving eligibility (e.g., student ID, senior citizen card, personal ID, loyalty card, etc.).

Only products purchased at the cinema’s concession stand may be consumed on the premises.

Products ordered through services like Wolt or Foodora may not be brought into the cinema halls.

In case of a canceled screening, the cost of products purchased at the concession stand cannot be refunded.

A valid ticket is required for all cinema screenings.

For in-person ticket purchases, refunds are available only until the start of the screening.

For online ticket purchases, please verify the title, date, and start time of the screening. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email automatically. Please verify the email details. In case of discrepancies, contact our customer service.

Online tickets may be canceled up to 1 hour before the screening. In case of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded within 30 days.

Refunds cannot be issued for online ticket purchases made less than 1 hour before the screening, for tickets not collected, or in cases of incorrect information provided.

Visitors must occupy the seat indicated on their ticket and retain their ticket until the end of the screening.

If a screening is canceled or interrupted due to technical or other issues, a "Free Ticket" will be issued upon presentation of the movie ticket and/or purchase receipt. The Free Ticket is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance and can be redeemed for any regular ticket-priced screening (excluding pre-premiere screenings, concerts, and fan meet-and-greet events).

The cinema assumes no responsibility for additional costs incurred by delayed screenings (e.g., parking fees or travel expenses).

The cinema reserves the right to restrict the use of promotional tickets for certain screenings.

Items that may pose a safety risk or disturb other visitors (e.g., flags, laser pointers) are prohibited within the cinema premises.

Film age ratings are recommendations only. The cinema staff will allow entry to any screening for visitors with valid tickets, regardless of their age.

Cinema staff have the right to remove individuals whose behavior is unhygienic, inappropriate, or disruptive to others' enjoyment. If you notice disruptive behavior, please report it to cinema staff immediately.

The cinema will report individuals to the police who damage property or engage in public indecency.

The cinema is not responsible for valuables brought onto the premises.

Images captured by the cinema's camera system may be retained by the cinema but will only be released to authorities upon official request.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the cinema premises.

Animals are not allowed on the cinema premises, except for guide dogs.

The cinema assumes no liability for any harm caused to a visitor by another visitor.

For all matters not covered by these house rules, the applicable legal regulations shall prevail.
